27.8.2007 The second album entitled "Painful Escape" is now finished. We are very much satisfied with the way it sounds! It's harder, heavier and more diverse than the debut. We are currently looking for a record label to release it and it's about time to unleash the final track listing, so here we go: PAINFUL ESCAPE 1. 7.6.2007 Witheria is recording their second full lenght album right now. The band entered Jive studio on June 1st to continue where they left off with their debut album "Infernal Maze". Plans are to record 9 tracks, and the sessions have started very well. Releasing label and release date remain uncertain. Some new song titles include "Tortured Spawn", "Legions of Evil", "Reflections" and "Sphere of Death" to reveal a few. More variety, complexity, anger, pain and pressure is what to expect.

2.4.2007 The "Infernal Maze" album is finally available in mp3-format. Get it in good quality and 100% legally for only 5 euros (the whole album)!!! The CD version is only 10 euros. Go listen the samples here! They ship worldwide! The gig this past saturday was a blast!!! Thanks to everyone who attended. Who seriously rule!!! Also a big hail to Causemos and Necrosadistic Goat Torture who came all the way from London to make this a night to remember. Mega moose!
5.2.2007 Happy new year! Better late than never... We have two gigs confirmed so far for the spring. The dates are in March and April. See gigs for details. We'll try to confirm more gigs as well, but here's the big news for 2007: We have booked Jive Studio for the recording of the second album. The yet untitled album will be recorded in June 2007 by Jukka Varmo who recorded and mixed the "Infernal Maze" album as well. We have been busy writing new material for over a year now, and the album is finally getting together. We still have a lot of rehearsing to do. The new material is definately angrier, heavier and even more complex and diverse than before! We have set totally new standards for ourselves. Eight songs are now written and we are looking forward to the recording sessions and you should look forward to the late 2007 release! [up]
